The Study of Emotional Control in Hypnosis

Everyone can initiate the negative emotion because of certain matters, for instance, anxiety, fear, nervousness, anger, or hatred, but we often cannot find a way to relieve, therefore affecting our work and life. If we want to say goodbye to such irritating emotion, we can consider hypnotherapy, and even self-learning on hypnosis to help ourselves.

In fact, the formation of many negative emotions is the product of a series of accumulated experiences. If we experience negative emotion, and it is not settled promptly, it will be repressed. In surface it seems not a problem, but it stills exists, it is just under consciousness. Since then, the problem would only be expanding, just like a continually gasifying balloon, it can be easily exploded if being touched.

Building a good communication comes first
At first, hypnotherapist will try to build up a mutually trustful relation with the client and make sure that the client voluntarily accepts hypnosis. Then, the therapist will come to realize the reason for seeking therapy and direct him / her into hypnosis state.

After that, the client's psyche will focus on the therapist, and he / she relaxes himself / herself and imagine different scenes under the instruction of therapist.

During the therapy of negative emotion, the hypnotherapist usually use “Time line therapy”. People can normally relieve stress through the simple method of self-hypnosis. First, the light in the room should be made gentle and comfortable, the temperature should be made optimal, and one should sit down or lie down relaxingly in comfortable and natural position. You may untie your tie and shoelaces making your body even more relaxing. Under the comfortable environment, foot's muscle relaxes, in the meantime, one should do the breathing exercise. The eyeball is upward, the eyelid slowly dangles, then take the air in, read 1, 2, 3 in mind, then give out and the eyeball moves downward. The whole process takes about 15 minutes each time.

Reporter's self-experiment
During the interview, reporter tried to experience hypnosis's effect on stress relieving. Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mr. Lien Zun, first instructed the reporter to lie down, and to relax the muscle starting from the foot, buttocks, back, hands and head, and then imagine that he was strolling in a familiar park.
